I tin can not download a complete copy Photographic camera raw 9.8 from the adobe site I take tried over 40 times on different days on different PC's and the download merely stops at a different points. Is in that location an alternating place to detect a re-create?
I have left notes for Adobe so far no response.
1. What version of Photoshop are yous using? It will ONLY piece of work with Photoshop CC 2017.

  But open up Creative Cloud Updater > Apps > Select 'Camera Raw CC' and click Update.
  
  If you don't have Photoshop CC – you don't go this update.
  
  For Lightroom CC and Lightroom half-dozen users – only update the Lightroom to CC 2015.8 or 6.8
Yous're not understanding Brian, the Photographic camera RAW 9.8 download hither will NOT consummate for anyone. They take a server issue and have not stock-still information technology.

Updating with the updater SUCKS and doesn't work for a ton of people, then this file is the only option. If you tin can download all 313MB of it, PLEASE upload it and link it for others and you lot'll be a hero.
1. The updater works dandy – Just it only works IF have the current Photoshop CC, Lightroom CC or Lightroom half dozen. Earlier versions of Photoshop and Lightroom do NOT get Camera Raw updates.
just downloaded it, still cant open sony rx100 m5 raw files in photoshop cs6..
1. That's correct. Photoshop CS6 was discontinued 4 years ago. It no longer gets Photographic camera Raw updates.

How nearly releasing the new camerea's for for camera raw cs6, i do not want to rent anything, simply need the sorftway to reconise my new camera.
1. Unfortunately that'south non gonna happen. Adobe no longer updates Photoshop CS6 – just Photoshop CC.
  
  There are a couple alternatives:
  
  Adobe Cloud Photography Plan at $9.99/month
  
  Purchase Lightroom 6
  
  Run Raws thru Adobe DNG Converter
I just upgraded to the A99ii. I've been using the A77 and A100 where I oasis't had any problems viewing the raw files. I'chiliad disappointed that right now I tin can't even open or view the raw files from my A99ii. I've tried updated my really old Lightroom five.4 but it keeps failing. I've posted on the Adobe forum and hope to find out if I can even update my version but wondered if reply would be faster hither. I really don't desire to go to the monthly subscription option.
Practise you lot know if LR 5.iv can be upgraded and are at that place whatsoever programs where I can view my a99ii raw files on figurer? I'thou used to going into my File Explorer, clicking image then scrolling through to see what I want to keep and what to delete before I move to lightroom.
1. Also the DNG converter isn't working. I open the folder merely doesn't show the photo files. Acting like it's not compatible.
